Sitting HIT - High Intensity Training is alternating circuits and strength training in blocks. The pulse blocks last from 5 to 7 minutes followed by fitness for around 5 minutes. From the HIT you may achieve improved fitness, fat burning and maintenance of your total mass of muscles.
